Hi, wonderful to meet you!

My agenda

" The most important job in our lives is parenting! No one prepares us for this role. The way our baby experiences our sensitivity and responsiveness will impact his entire life and will set the foundation to the belief: it the world trustworthy or should I avoid it? I offer an holistic approach, seeing the full variety of needs of the baby *and* his parents, while adapting to your parenting agenda. I believe there isn't just one right way to raise children, there are lots of principles worth adopting - and I would love to help you find your way! "

My background

I am Lior Harel, mother of 3 sweet boys. Before becoming a mom, I was an industrial designer and planned numerous playgrounds for a big company, here in Israel. That was until I became a mother :) Then I made it my goal to reach out to other parents and help in all situations and dilemmas, such as those I experienced.
I studied at "Smalltalk" a scientific-based approach in which I help parents to give their babies an optimal answer by reading body language and making observations. Directly through workshops, lectures, and supervising my consultant colleagues. With the birth of my third son, I decided to continue working as a freelancer only and currently I am finishing my studies at the "Adler Institute Israel", graduated the NLP Therapist course thus expanding my training to all Circles of life and in a variety of angles and depths and ways to help:)

Graduality in the process

One of the basic things I work with in every process I accompany is a division into stairs, into work stages. Gradual learning is important at any age and in any learning, and I would love to illustrate:

For toddlers it is very important to practice ascending and descending stairs for the development of balance and holding, practicing asymmetry, cognition and more.
Stairs are also a great tool to learn to count in a way of fun and it is also a great way to keep fit.

Stairs are  An important tool  In the process - there are milestones to get to a different place from where we are today. The stairs are at the pace of the child and led by the parent . Not too fast, not too slow. Exactly what the child needs.

I imagine and apply stairs in every process I accompany in every home and every subject.

Stairs  Wonderful for learning patience, anticipation, enjoyment of the road, laying foundation stones and more.

They are a great way to empower, enrich and enlighten the way, in every process. The stairs are * the process itself *.

The way is very important to strengthen the connection even more than reaching the destination itself :)
